The Steward
Agents open pull requests, file tickets and answer in channels, and any of those can end up waiting on a person. The Steward is a built-in agent that wakes on a schedule, reads your organization's runs and makes sure someone knows about the ones that have stopped.
- Runs that stalled: waiting past a number of days you choose (3 by default). Failed runs are reported straight away.
- Work handed over: a finished run that produced something, like a pull request, that nobody has picked up.
It speaks where it will be seen: a stalled review on its pull request, a pattern across runs in your main channel. It can read runs but never archive or retry them. What happens to a run stays your decision.
Add it in Settings, then choose where your organization talks (optional), the model it thinks with, its schedule (weekdays, daily or weekly, at a set time) and when a run counts as waiting. It can only speak through tools you've connected.
