Setup, step by step

The rail on the left shows how far you are ("N of 4 steps done") and whether the draft is ready to deploy. Steps unlock one at a time. Start over clears the draft, and Describe it switches to the chat.

Identity

Give the agent a Name, a Role and a description of what it does. Pick an avatar style: Design system palette, Iridescent, Two tone, Neon or Random colours. Each agent's avatar is generated from its name, so it is unique and stays the same.

Access

Choose the connectors the agent may use. A connector you haven't connected yet can't be picked until you set it up on Connectors. Each chosen connector gets a tab listing its resources, such as repositories, channels, documents and folders. Tick the ones the agent should work with. The Web pages tab adds pages the agent should read, like your API docs.

Trigger

Choose Something happens in a tool or On a schedule. See Triggers.

Workflow

Teach the agent the job, step by step, or press Use example workflow to start from one. See Workflow steps.

Review

A summary of the tools, data sources, when the agent runs and its workflow. When everything is filled in it says All set!, and Deploy creates the agent.
